FlickBol Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Gunn Solutions ("we", "us", or "the Developer") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FlickBol mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

FlickBol collects only the information needed to operate the game and online features:

Account information. If you sign in to use online multiplayer, we store the credentials provided by your chosen sign-in method (such as a display name and a unique identifier). Passwords are never stored by us directly — authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
Gameplay data. Match results, ranking score (MMR), unlocked content, and in-game progress associated with your profile so that your stats and progression persist across sessions and devices.
Diagnostic and crash data. Anonymous crash logs and basic device information (device model, iOS/Android version, app version) to help us diagnose and fix issues.
Device identifiers. Used solely for authentication, matchmaking, and abuse prevention. We do not use these identifiers for advertising.

We do not collect contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera data.

2. How We Use Information

To operate online multiplayer matchmaking, ranked play, and leaderboards.
To save your profile, progress, and unlocked items.
To detect bugs, prevent cheating, and improve the App.
To respond to support requests you send us directly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

FlickBol uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database / Firestore) — for sign-in, multiplayer state, and leaderboard storage. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Apple TestFlight (during beta only) — Apple collects standard analytics about beta builds, crashes, and tester feedback. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Account and gameplay data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; we will process such requests within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

FlickBol is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS in transit, Firebase server-side encryption at rest) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email below to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
